P I I N

PIIN () is a Michelin Recommended restaurant located in the heart of Central, Hong Kong. The restaurant overlooks Pottinger Street, one of the most beautiful Grade I listed historical site attractions, nestled on the 2F of The Steps, HCODE. The main dining room seats 28 guests with options of a private room (up to 14 guests), bar and balcony areas.
Pottinger Street known as the Stone Slabs Street (石板街) since the street is paved unevenly by granite stone steps. It was named in 1858 after Henry Pottinger, the first Governor of Hong Kong, serving from 1843 to 1844.

The seed of PIIN was born from a vision to celebrate the love and passion for Burgundy wines and enthusiasm for novel culinary precision. Our team’s aspiration to create the perfect marriage of the two is our continuous mission, striving to balance our guest’s palates with mouth-watering cuisine and characteristic wines.

PIIN AT HOME

PIIN AT HOME is a luxurious dining experience to be enjoy at your own home. Launching Two Series of menus that are full of surprise and delight, taking inspiration from classic dishes presented in a novel modern style with the same standard of dining and service of PIIN Restaurant.

THE SERIES,  focuses on the combination of fresh seasonal ingredients, French culinary precision, and inspirations from Chinese heritage. The kitchen is led by Chef ''Jimmy Wong'' with over 18 years of culinary experience in various restaurants in Hong Kong and London.

PIIN features more than 1,000 uniquely selected wines, through expressing our passion for Burgundy which is often considered the most prestigious in the world, PIINs master wine list is intended to make Burgundy wines approachable to all, with options across a price array in addition to rare vintages and older large-format bottles, many of which are available by the glass.
